We want you to love Clientra. If you're not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your most recent payment.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record for all Clientra purchases. To request a refund:

After 30 days

After the 30-day window, your subscription is non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time from the in-app billing portal. Cancellation stops all future billing — you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse (e.g. repeated subscribe / refund cycles, terms-of-service violations, or fraudulent chargebacks).
